Emma Jones
Client Relationship Administrator
Emma joined the New Vision team in June 2024. She currently serves as our Client Relationship Administrator, working closely with clients to establish long lasting relationships.
"I am really enjoying my role as it allows me to do what I really love, which is forming new relationships. I feel that I can contribute to the team in ways that can help build the future of New Vision."
Her passion for building connections stemmed from her initial role as a supermarket checkout attendant. She would meet new people every day and build rapport with regular customers. Her career took a different direction, as she began training as a veterinary nurse due to her love of animals and caring for others.
Emma plans to expand her industry knowledge further whilst building client relationships and ensuring a 5* service is delivered to our clients.
Emma has been in the financial services industry for over 15 years. She started off as a Self Invested Personal Pension administrator for a few years before joining a pension firm. She then spent 9 years working for a platform firm, dealing with investments and working as a supervisor/controls and risk analyser. She then joined another pension firm working as a client relationship manager where she managed relationships with advisers and clients.
The one word that would sum up Emma is caring. She loves making other people happy and feels a great sense of achievement in listening to and helping clients. She loves nothing more than learning about others and getting to know them. In her spare time, she likes to volunteer and help others where she can. She is currently a member of her children's school PTFA where she helps to plan and organise events for the school.
When Emma isn’t working, she loves spending time with friends and family and is often found playing the role of “Mum taxi” taking her children to various sporting clubs throughout the week. She has been a member of Chester Zoo for the past 7 years and she loves to take beautiful photographs of the animals. When she gets a moment to herself, she will indulge in a new book or absorb nature by going for long walks.
