Gemma joined the New Vision team in June 2020.
Gemma acts as the integrator between the business owner and the entire team; ensuring that everything runs smoothly whilst driving the business to success.
Alongside this, Gemma also manages the client admin team to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of support whilst focussing on achieving an outstanding client experience.

Gemma aspires to be an effective practice manager that makes a difference to the business, our clients, and the team. To achieve this, she takes part in relevant training and development courses helping her to further gain skills for the role.
Gemma started her work life in a department store helping the team with organising stock during busy times of the year. She then quickly moved on to working in various office administration roles gaining different skills to take with her before finding her role here at New Vision.
She has worked in the financial services industry for over 10 years starting off as a self-invested personal pension administrator before moving to an IFA firm in 2014. Gemma has gained years of experience in the industry starting off as an administrator before moving into her practice manager role.
The one word to describe Gemma is reliable; she is always present and committed to the business and the team.
In Gemma’s spare time she values spending quality time with her daughter as well as with her family and friends. She enjoys going on different scenic walks and trips to the beach throughout the year. Gemma is a member at Chester Zoo and Alton Towers allowing her the opportunity to experience beautiful wildlife or adrenalin thrills throughout the year.
