Technical Administrator - Cert CII (Financial Services)
Simon joined the New Vision team in March 2020.
It’s his role to assist with the administration associated with financial advice. He ensures that things are as straightforward as possible for our clients, providing them the best possible experience.
Alongside this, Simon gets involved with background research relating to financial advice as well as writing our client reports.

Simon is aiming to develop his knowledge and skills to become a paraplanner. He is achieving this by taking on the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) exams. This is something New Vision is supporting by providing him with study materials and covering the cost of exams.
Simon has worked in the industry for 8 years and has previously worked for an IFA firm where he completed an apprenticeship in business administration before joining New Vision.
The one word to sum up Simon is organ-ised, he likes everything to be in apple pie order to make sure that the processes run smoothly and effectively. He is competent at completing work in a timely manner and reassuring clients throughout various stages.
In Simon’s spare time he is learning how to play the piano and organ, he plays the organ for a local church once a month. He also sings in a travelling church choir at the weekends. When time allows it, he also enjoys attending recitals, concerts and going to the theatre.
